Helle Hollis have been providing car rental services for over 20 years and provide the highest levels of service. Collecting a car from Helle Hollis couldn’t be easier. They have a fleet of courtesy buses running throughout the day and night to collect clients from the airport terminal and take them to their Head Office which is located at the entrance to the airport. This office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the collection and return of vehicles. When clients return their cars they simply bring them back to the office and will then be taken by courtesy bus to the doors of the departure terminal – no long walks involved!
In their aim to give the best service, Helle Hollis employ service-minded, multilingual staff; they have a 24 hour freephone number to provide clients with all the back up that they need; they also have a fair fuel policy by giving refunds for unused fuel, and of course they always have a wide range of new cars and models to choose from.
Rates are amongst the best on the coast and include unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, third party, theft, personal accident insurance with medical care and 16% IVA. Please note that the collision damage waiver and theft coverage is subject to an insurance excess which varies from 350€ to 700€ depending on the type of car. A deposit to cover the insurance excess is charged to the client’s credit card and is then refunded again upon safe return of the car. As an alternative to the insurance excess deposit, on arrival clients are given the option of purchasing a non-refundable excess waiver which starts from 6€ per day. In addition to this, if the clients want to be completely covered, even for damage to tyres, they can offer a Super Excess Waiver for just 2€ per day.
