MAXIMO ALVAREZ – GARMÓN – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Máximo is the Managing Director of La Costa and is in charge of supervising every aspect within the company. He has a degree in Business Administration from Saddleback College in California, USA. He comes from a very experienced background in property development, deciding to start his own company in 1999 to put into practice all the vast experience he has in the Spanish property market. A very keen sportsman, Máximo has played in the professional tennis ATP Tour for one year after finishing University and has also been involved in football at different levels. He is a qualified FIFA Football Agent under the RFEF (Spanish Football Federation). Also enjoys golf very much, currently holding a 12,4 hcp.

ANA MONTES – CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ana is a very important and trustworthy member of the company. Bilingual in Spanish and English (her mother is from Cambridge), she has been working with La Costa for 7 years now. Her naturally friendly and caring personality mean that she is the ideal person to ensure that our clients receive a fast, friendly and efficient service. You can be certain that Ana will find a way to solve any kind of problems! She will always be at our offices to help you with any matters you might need assistance with.

DAVID – MAINTENANCE DEPTARTMENT

David is our most veteran employee. He heads the maintenance department and has been with La Costa for 11 years. Very hard working and is sure to fix anything that might need repairing in your property. David is very efficient and a great person to be around with. Friendly, honest, good hearted…are only a few words that can describe him. He is a keen football player and has two young children that drive him crazy a home!

SERGIO – MAINTENANCE DEPTARTMENT

Sergio works in the maintenance department and you will surely see him somewhere along the coast while he checks the properties we manage every week. Very meticulous and organized worker, Sergio has been with us for 2 years now and enjoys every minute of his working day.
