The La Costa brand has been associated with the Costa del Sol property market since 1968. The company was founded by Carlos Alvarez-Garmón(Charlie) and was initially dedicated to property sales. Since then, we have successfully expanded into the holiday rentals , Long Term Rentals, property maintenance , building and project management markets offering clients services to cater for all their property needs.

La Costa is very much a family business and Maximo Alvarez-Garmón, the MD of the company is proud to be continuing the work his father began almost 40 years ago. We pride ourselves on our professional service and attention to detail and work extremely hard to ensure that we exceed our clients’ expectations in all the services we offer, be it renting an apartment or buying the beautiful villa you have always dreamt of.
